Kaya Proctor is a film and television producer with a multidisciplinary background spanning production, camera, and art departments. Her work sits at the intersection of concept-driven artistry, disciplined production systems, and people-first collaboration. Drawing on experience building and leading creative frameworks, she brings a holistic, infrastructure-minded approach to every project. Kaya believes exceptional work emerges when artists are fully supported and processes are intentional.

Aaron Ricketts

Aaron Ricketts, PMP, is a visual artist, producer, and creative director. A U.S. Air Force veteran and graduate of the Tyler School of Art, Aaron combines technical rigor with conceptual depth, grounding his creative practice in surrealism and executing with precision to produce emotionally grounded, visually striking narratives across photography, video, and hybrid digital media. He is known for translating ambitious ideas into executable systems that move efficiently from concept to completion.

Alicia DeLarge

Alicia Gabrielle DeLarge is a Production Designer and Curator building visual worlds rooted in care, culture, and intentional storytelling. With a background spanning film, exhibitions, immersive environments, and community-driven projects across Philadelphia and London, her work bridges strategy-led artistry with grounded human experience. Across her career, Alicia has developed projects that uplift local artists, activate underutilized spaces, and create opportunities for communities that are often overlooked.
